hPC Blackwell & Associates Education Endowed Scholarship was established to help give financial assistance to Hopewell Presbyterian Church members for their post-high school education. Application is open to graduating seniors, past high school graduates or GED graduates who are members of Hopewell Presbyterian Church and enrolled in post-secondary education.
