Eligibility Requirements

  • Age/Grade Level:
    Must be a graduating high school senior or a part or full-time undergraduate student currently enrolled in certificate or degree program in manufacturing engineering/manufacturing technology
  • Minimum GPA:
    2.50
  • Financial Need:
    Not required
  • Residence:
    Scholarships are only available to students with permanent residency status in the U.S. (i.e. green card) or Canada, or applicants with a U.S. or Canadian student visa (or citizens of the U.S. and territories, citizens of Canada)
  • Citizenship:
    Scholarships are only available to citizens of the U.S. and territories, citizens of Canada, (or students with permanent residency status in the U.S. (i.e. green card) or Canada, or applicants with a U.S. or Canadian student visa.)
  • College:
    Must be attending one on the following Community Colleges in the state of Ohio.Rhodes State CollegeColumbus State Community College (all campuses)Marion Technical CollegeEdison Community College (all campuses)Sinclair Community College (all campuses)Clark State College (all campuses)
  • Major/Career:
    Must be a graduating high school senior planning to attend one of the Community Colleges listed below, or a part or full-time undergraduate student currently enrolled in certificate or degree program in manufacturing engineering/manufacturing technology or a closely related engineering discipline

    Applicants must write a student statement that includes details about why they chose your major, education and career objectives, and how this scholarship will help achieve their objectives.
  • Recommendation Letters:
    Two reference letters are required and must be from a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) instructor.
