National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) Foundation
The scholarship provides funding to high school seniors preparing to enter college with the intention of graduating with a degree in a strength and conditioning field. Students must demonstrate their acceptance into an accredited institution, their intention to graduate with a degree in the strength and conditioning field, their goals beyond college, and their track record of community service.

Eligibility Requirements
- Age/Grade Level:Open to current high school seniors preparing to enter college
- Minimum GPA:3.0
- Financial Need:Preferred
- College:Will be attending college in the Fall following high school graduation
- Major/Career:Will major in a strength and conditioning-related field
- Organization:Must be NSCA Members at the application deadline

- Judging Criteria:Items judged by the NSCAF Review Committee in each application include: Grades/GPA; Courses Completed; Overall Academic Achievement; Strength and Conditioning Experience; NSCA Involvement; Honors and Awards; Community Involvement; Clarity of Essay and Expression of Goals and Financial Need; and Letters of Recommendation

- Essay:Provide a descriptive essay. Describe your personal and professional goals and how receiving this scholarship will assist you in achieving these goals.
- Recommendation Letters:Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Other Materials:Must verify their acceptance into an accredited academic institution for the fall semester via an official letter from their college of choice; For applicants under the age of 18 years, the application form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian
