The Hartford City Rotary Scholarship in Memory of E. P. Blackburn was established in honor of the late E. P. Blackburn. He was Hartford City Community School Corporation's superintendent and an established Rotarian. This scholarship financially assists a student pursuing a post-secondary education.

- Other Materials:High School Seniors must submit a copy of the FAFSA Student Aid Report listing the EFC Amount. Failure to submit will result in disqualification from certain scholarships. Assistance with this FAFSA report is available at BHS on February 27th.
