- Age/Grade Level:Pursuing an undergraduate certificate or degree at an accredited education program in Michigan; Verified GED certificate holder
- Minimum GPA:2.50
- Financial Need:Required
- Residence:Student is a resident of Kent, Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Ottawa, Montcalm, Muskegon, or Newaygo County
- College:Pursuing an undergraduate certificate or degree at an accredited education program in Michigan
