The Harley Custer Memorial Scholarship is a one-year award given to a graduating high school senior in Oklahoma. The scholarship was established in 1991 through the efforts of family and friends of Mr. Custer. The program provides a $1,000 fund to an Oklahoma 4-H or FFA member in an animal feeding project.
