This scholarship was created by the family and friends of G. William and Mary D. Richards to honor their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Applicants must be a resident of the City of Aurora, IL and must be pursuing studies within the fields of nursing, political science, or pre-law at a four-year college located within the State of Illinois.
