Fred L. Armstrong Future Leaders Scholarship was established to honor former Columbus City Mayor Fred L. Armstrong on his many years of dedication and service to the city. This annual scholarship was created in 2011 by the many friends and colleagues of former Mayor Fred L. Armstrong to recognize his service to Columbus City.
