Franklin Strong Scholarship was created in memory of the five Franklin teenagers,including Michael Chadbourne and Jason Moran,who passed away while attempting to save a friend from drowning. This award give scholarships to two Franklin Community High School seniors who embody Michael and Jason's characteristics.
