Floyd and Leatha Warner Memorial Scholarship is given to a student who attended Blackford High School for four years. The scholarship was established in memory of Floyd and his wife Leatha. Floyd was a teacher and guidance counselor at Hartford City High School in the 1950s and 1960s.
