- Financial Need:Required
- Residence:Resident of the State of Hawaii
- College:Attend an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit institution within the US (including US territories)
- Major/Career:Major in Fine Arts
- Miscellaneous:Preference given to students who have participated in local and national art competitions, or students with other outstanding accomplishments in the field of art.
