Ed and Ruth Henderson Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in honor of the life work of Ed and Ruth Henderson. They were both teachers of Hartford City High school and Blackford high school. The program is provided to one Blackford High school senior pursuing Journalism, English, Secondary Education or Music in college.
