Dr. William E. & Norma Sprague Scholarship is provided to a full-time student who is a permanent residence in the Michigan counties of Kent, Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo or Athens County, Ohio. The scholarship is open to applicants who demonstrate financial need with a 3.0 GPA. The applicant must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at Ohio University.
