Eligibility Requirements
- Age/Grade Level:Must be graduating high school senior/current college/university student, GED recipients, and returning adult students
- Financial Need:Required
- Residence:Must be resident of 25-County Service Area of East Tennessee Foundation
- College:Must enroll in an accredited, not-for-profit public or private college/university or vocational, technical or trade school or program
- Disability:Applicants must be blind with vision of 20/200 or less AFTER correction and/or visual field reduced to 20 degrees or less (statement from eye doctor of applicants current vision required)
