Eligibility Requirements
- Age/Grade Level:Open to undergraduate students pursuing a course of study in industrial engineering
- Minimum GPA:3.40
- Financial Need:Not Mentioned
- Other Academic Requirements:Be enrolled full time in undergraduate industrial engineering programs; Must have a graduation date of May/June 2018 or later
- Major/Career:Must be undergraduate students pursuing a course of study in industrial engineering
- Organization:Must be active member of IISE student chapter
- Other Benefits:Aside from the $2,000 award, recipient will also receive a $500 stipend to cover travel expenses to the Annual Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers Conference as it is the intent that the successful candidate will present their project case study at the conference.

- Judging Criteria:The nominees scholastic ability, character, leadership and potential service to the industrial engineering profession are all considered by the scholarship fund trustees when selecting the scholarship recipients

- Recommendation Letters:Letter of support from the sponsoring or subject enterprise
- Portfolio/Work Samples:Submit project write-up including how work was conducted, IE tools and skills used and applied. Project should be conducted for a business or non-profit as part of a work internship (paid or unpaid) or research project to benefit the organization. Submittal should include information on objective, approach, data (if able to be shared), alternatives, conclusions, impact on organization, implementation plan, and acceptance of results by the organization. A summary of learnings that student achieved as a result should be included. A final report submitted to the organization upon conclusion of the project could serve as the application for the scholarship if appropriate.
