One MTS Student Scholarship Recommendation Form from a teacher, counselor, professor, advisor,co-op or internship supervisor in a marine-related course(s), performed research for or received advice from within the past two years; One MTS Student Scholarship Reference Form (character reference) from someone you know who IS NOT a teacher, counselor, advisor or professor.
