Established in memory of Cecelia Springmeyer, this scholarship is created to support a student of North Decatur or South Decatur County. Applicants must be planning to attend a post-secondary education from an accredited four-year school, who will enroll in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Animal Husbandry, Agronomy or Teaching.
