The scholarship is established in honor of Carlos Appleman. Applicants must be a high school senior graduate and a resident of Wayne County who's enrolled in Wayne County Schools Career Center (WCSCC) and pursuing to become an LPN, RN, Nurse Practitioner, or other healthcare occupations.

    Must be enrolled in Adult nursing program and must be pursuing to become an LPN, RN, Nurse Practitioner, or other healthcare occupations
