GHD, a professional services firm, sponsored this scholarship to benefit graduate students currently enrolled in a program of study in the water supply field that will lead to a Masters or higher degree at an accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants whose courses of study are considered to be beneficial to water works practice in New York Stat are given preference.
