    Applicants must be a resident of West Virginia with the exception of (The Kids Chance Scholarship).

    Applicant must be entering their 1st year of study at West Virginia University College of Law.
  • Major/Career:
    Applicant must be entering their 1st year of study at West Virginia University College of Law.
