The Andrew York Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from any high school in Washington state. Applicants must be active in school or the community providing awareness to prevent impaired or distracted driving caused by influences such as drug, alcohol, marijuana use or texting while driving.

    Preference is given to applicants who are active members of IBEW Local 77 or a child or grandchild of an active IBEW Local 77 member with verifiable documentation.
