This scholarship was established to benefit students planning to enroll at Virginia Tech. Applicants must be residing in Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski Counties and the City of Radford and Hinton, WV. Students should also demonstrate financial need, strong academic achievement, leadership qualities, potential and active involvement and participation in school, church, and/or community service.
